Privacy policy
LAST UPDATED: AUGUST 2026
Most privacy policies are long because the site behind them does a lot with your data. This one is short because ours doesn’t. InWright sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ad trackers, and never sells or shares your information for marketing. Here is the full picture.
What this site collects on its own: nothing
This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and loads no advertising or tracking scripts. You can read every page without telling us anything about yourself.
What you might send us
Data reaches us in exactly three ways, and all of them are your choice:
- The contact form. Your name, email address, and message. Submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form processor acting on our behalf.
- Booking a call. Your name, email address, and the time you pick. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider.
- Sending us a review. Your name as you write it, your rating and your comment. This one is different from the other two, so it gets its own section below.
Reviews are published, and that is the point
If you send us a review, we publish it on this site: the name you give us, your rating, your words and the month. It is public, search engines can index it, and other people will read it. Please put only what you are happy to have published — if you would rather appear as a first name or an initial, write it that way and we will use exactly what you send.
We check reviews before they appear, which means we may hold yours briefly, decline it, or shorten it for length without changing what it says. Any email address you give us while sending one is used solely to verify you are a real customer and is never published. Ask us at any time and we will take your review down — you do not have to give a reason.
How we use it
Solely to respond to you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement — plus, for reviews, to publish the review you asked us to publish. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. There is no mailing list you get quietly added to.
Hosting logs
Like almost every website, the infrastructure provider that hosts this site may keep access logs — IP address, user agent, pages requested — for security and reliability. We don’t use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Our processors
Formspree processes form submissions and our scheduling provider processes bookings. Each acts only on our instructions, uses your data only to deliver its service to us, and publishes its own privacy policy on its own site.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as a business relationship requires it — an open conversation, an active engagement, or the records that follow one. If you’d like your messages deleted, ask and we’ll delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@inwright.com and we’ll act on it promptly.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has sent us their information, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. We won’t weaken this policy quietly.
